Jute100% by Daruma Co., in Osaka Japan is a great, versatile jute yarn in an array of trendy colours.
Suitable for crocheting baskets and bags as well as kokedama (we still recommend natural is best for kokedama, as we cannot guarantee how any string will behave under sustained moist conditions and repeated soaking but welcome you to try this for yourself).
Unlike most jute, this product has been through a soaping process to remove the oil smell synonymous with this fibre and the result is a superlative quality jute yarn.

Crochet hook: 8-9mm (use 5-7mm for tighter stitching)
