Our 7mm 3ply cotton is an ethical and sustainable choice for all your macrame needs. Made in a family factory near Barcelona that sources deadstock textiles from the EU and Turkey. Using an innovative process these textiles are broken down into combed cotton fibres, where similar colours are then blended and re-spun to create unique shades of rope without any need for further dyes or water. The result is a beautifully versatile strong rope from 100% regenerated cotton perfect for a variety of projects.
This rope knots up beautifully and can be easily unravelled or loosened - we recommend taping the ends of this rope while you’re working with it to avoid excessive fraying (unless that’s your plan!)
You can also consider it a kind of chunky cotton yarn - ideal for weaving, crochet, and knitting.
Each colour batch is unique so be sure to buy sufficient quantities for your project, as perfect colour matches cannot be guaranteed from batch to batch.
