Similar to knitted viscose tape yarns we've sourced in the past - but this time made in Japan with 100% cotton.
We love cotton lily because it's a knitted yarn working up elegant results for knitted and crochet tops and dresses, or woven on the loom. Understated, sublime. Trust us when we say the photos don't do the sheen justice!
As a tape yarn it has a light stretch, as it's made from a single ply of high grade mercerised cotton knitted into a flat, tube-like structure by the specialised Lily machine.
