reclaimed timber needle set: paulownia

Set of two carved wooden needles by Sydney based designer Kristen Doran's Little Shed Hooks label. Ideal for tapestry and larger twines in basketry etc. 

These needles are hand made from reclaimed wood, sanded and finished.

Rosewood - dark in shade, denser feel;

Paulownia - light in texture and tone. 

Cedar - dark, strong

Camphor Laurel - beautiful light and dark tones

Huon pine - light and smooth

Needles are approximately 85mm long, with 10mm long holes.
