Shipping, returns & exchanges
We are an Australian store and String Harvest is based in Gold Coast, Queensland.
We use Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post services, Fastway Couriers and Sendle. All parcels come with tracking, except for samples and pattern books where shipping is not charged and tracking not specified.
We charge $10 for flat rate shipping under 5kg and $20 5kg-10kg Australia wide.
For larger orders, please contact us for quotes.
We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We generally take 1-3 days to fulfil orders, and express post orders are prioritised when possible.
General shipping info
Parcels sent by Australia Post generally take 2-7 days. Western Australia and remote areas can take up to two weeks. We recommend using Express Post to remote areas. Couriers typically deliver within 1-3 days (7-14 days to WA).

Parcels are shipped internationally via Australia Post with tracking.
Prices are based on weight, increasing in 500g increments and calculated automatically at checkout. If your country is not available or your order exceeds the weight allowance for your shipping zone please email us for a quote or to arrange a PayPal invoice.
If you require insurance, a platinum express shipping or signature on delivery service please contact us before or at time of order and we'll arrange a separate PayPal invoice to cover this cost, no problems.

Returns and exchanges
We generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
We cannot accept returns after 14 days from delivery.
If you ordered the wrong product, please contact us regarding returning your product for an exchange or credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If you need to return an item for a refund, please email us. A return must be agreed upon and is at the customers expense. A restocking fee may apply.
